Help - Accepting Offers

Q. CAN I ACCEPT AN OFFER BEFORE THE 72 HOUR SALES EVENT ?
A. It is not in your best interest to do so. The success of the online 'Sales Event' lies in the bidding process of more than 1 purchaser at a time bidding on the property. If you do accept an offer after purchasing the 72 hour online 'Sales Event' there will be no refunds if the 'Sales Event' is canceled by the seller. **NOTE** If the Sales Event has started and bidders are making bids online you cannot accept a bid until the comletion of the process. Only bids made prior to the opening of an online sales event may be considered. Again, its in your best interest to allow for competitve bidding.
