Broker listed properties will identify the co-op fee payable if an agent's buyer achieves the highest and acceptable bid by the seller. This information is shown on the property information page. If the seller is a For Sale By Ownwer and advertises a co-op fee to agent's Broker then agent/Broker will receive the stated amount upon the successful closing. Agents information MUST be included on the bid submission form upon the first bid by buyer. Information MUST include their name, company name, contact phone number and email address. |
