Q. WHAT ARE BID INCREMENTS ?
A. Each online 'Sales Event' has a published "minimum bid increment" that each bidder must adhere to. Example: if the seller requires a $500 bid increment increase over any existing bids, then your bid must be at least $500 higher than the current bid showing. **IMPORTANT: This only applies if a bid exist before you bid. First bid placed can be lower than the asking price before the "Bid Increment Rule" applies. Bid increments are determined by each seller and vary from property to property. The usual is $500, $1,000 and $1,500.
