Q. HOW WILL I KNOW IF I HAVE BEEN OUT BID ?
A. The system will automatically notify you if a new bid has been submitted which is higher than your current bid. The notification will be emailed to you with a link that directs you back to the site for login to make a new bid. Keep in mind any new bids made will ahve to be no less than the Bid Increment stated on the property information page. Bidders may offer more than the minimum bid increment though. |
