Help - Real Estate Commission

Q. CAN A FOR SALE BY OWNER SELLING ON homebidxpress PAY A COMMISSION ?
A. Yes. When the seller comes to the input form they may state whether or not they are willing to pay a Realtor Commission if the buyer has an Agent. If the buyer does not have an agent then no commission is paid. The commission figure should be placed as a percentage vs. a dollar amount inside the field (on bid submission form) when filling it out. The % will be based on the final agreed upon sales price. No commissions are to be paid directly to an agent or homebidxpress. Only a Licensed Broker may receive the commission. The amount a seller is willing to pay is up to each seller.
