Help - Seller Confirmation

Q. WHAT DOES SELLER CONFIRMATION MEAN ?
A. When a seller using homebidxpress to sell their property chooses seller confirmation this allows them to reject the highest bid if it does not meet their goal. Sellers are under no requirement to accept the final or highest bid if not acceptable to them.
