Help - Seller Paid Closing Cost

Q. CAN THE SELLER PAY FOR THE BUYER'S CLOSING COST ?
A. Yes. However the seller must have this checked off as an acceptable term before the 72 hour sales event starts. A seller should put a dollar amount in the input screen vs. a percentage. Please keep in mind the type of loan will dictate the terms and amount of how much a seller can legally pay. On standard type loans 3% is a good general rule of thumb. If a seller states they will pay a certain $ amount then our system will display this amount and auto subtract from the gross bid.
